Some orthotics could have been applied earlier but even now these may support to some extent. Some bone friendly herbs also have good effect in bone strength with diet procol and yoga physio also. Most probably support needed. Send the photo of your legs and posture while standing. Do it in half pants.

If you are not having heavy bleeding, take T Cifran CT twice daily after food for 5 days along with the meprate and it will resolve. If there is heavy or persistent bleeding, you will need a repeat d and c.
