You have to thoroughly investigate for any urological condition and if there are no such problems you take care to stop drinking any fluid 2 hours before bedtime and in between your sleep wake up using and alarm and go to toilet to void any urine collected till then

Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). the child should not be given any liquid diet, much salty or spicy in the evening ,such things may be given during day time and not before retiring .the child should be put on light diet especially at night. Don’t let the child sleep on his back.
He child should not be put to bed immediately after food.

You need to stop drinking fluids at least 2 hors before sleeping time. Get in between the sleep and urinate to avoid bed wetting.

You can see a urologist and try the medicines adapted for your body. Instead of using medicines, you urinate 2 hours before bedtime and do not drink any fluid before sleeping and keep an alarm to wake up in the middle of the night to pass urine in the toilet.

First of all start giving seasame seeds to him to chew and eat at least once a day. Max 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon. As you have taken ayurvedic treatment, you must have given, perhaps, chanderprabha vati. Pl start it 1 tab daily morning and 1 tab of mentat at night. Do it for two weeks. If improvement is felt, pl continue it. In case of need pl consult.

Stress and extreme tiredness could be a factor for this. If it persists then you need to get your urine tests (routine & culture/ sensitivity), random blood sugar done and also you should take albendazole (1 tablet at bed time and repeat after 15 days).

The bedwetting is due to the weakening oi the bladder muscles and need to see a urologist. May need to use a catheter regularly.
