It is also rich in minerals, as 100 gms of cumin contains66.3 mg of iron, 931 mg of magnesium, 168 mg of sodium, 931 mg of calcium, 1788 mg of potassium, and 499 mg of phosphorus. The presence of dietary fiber and good fats and fatty acids make it a healthy addition to your daily diet. What many people do not know is that cumin is also a good source of protein and amino acids.
