Hello,
Soy and its products if taken in limitation is considerably safe for males. 20-30 gms of soya in a day should be ideal for consumption.
Please do not combine soya with milk as it can hinder the absorption of important nutrients in the milk.

Health tips. Superfoods: nutrient rich food-soybeans. Whether eaten directly from their pods (aka edamame), topping a salad or mixed into a grain-based dish, soybeans offer tremendous healthy benefits, including complete plant-based proteins, vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients. The lean, readily available protein source is inexpensive, and you only need to consume a small amount to reap the nutritional benefits.

The soya bean can act as whey protein in diet n reduce fat. There is no effect on testosterone and it is a misleading fact.Soy intake does not raise or lower a man's testosterone levels. Derived from soybeans, soy is a high-protein substance found in many foods, such as edamame, tofu, soy flour, and soy milk. It can also be found in some supplements. ... Still, some men worry that consuming phytoestrogens may reduce their testosterone levels.

This means that pre-ovulation occurs on about days 8-11 (but again, it varies from woman to woman).

Your first step in regulating your periods is figuring out what's caus...more
