Hello yes these things may help you to increase metabolism but not exactly reduce weight. You have to follow a holistic approach for good results.

Hi, I will not advice using itch guard cream for puppp. Its irrelevant, itchguard is an anti fungal.

Hello doctor, I am facing itchy and bumpy back with small pimples. This issue raised after I shaved some area of back with razor. It causes high itching and bumpyness on back. My family doctor consulted me with terbinafine tablet & creme and keto powder, but this helped me to reduce itching for a small period but it started again after some time.
