There is no fixed time. As you never know what’s going to happen. So do a sonography every year to find out the status of stones.

By the way, BCG therapy is for early and superficial cancers of urinary bladder treated by TURBT to prevent recurrence. We don’t need BCG for benign tumors. We do most of the cystoscopies as out Patient procedure under Local Anasthesia if they are just check scopies for follow up of bladder cancer or to rule out bladder involvement in Rectal or cervical cancers.

Try to maintain a healthy lifestyle and drink plenty of water. Get Cystoscopy and Usg / CT Scan of Abdomen and pelvis once in 6-12 months to diagnose a tumor in its early stage.
