Hello. Given your age and the fact that you regained your vision immediately and did not actually faint during the episode, there is nothing serious to worry about. Transient loss of vision (amaurosis fugal) can be due to n number of reasons. To arrive a a definitive line of management further, a doctor will need a detailed personal and family history.
