Hello lybrate-user, superficial venous thrombosis is as such itself is not very dangerous, the important point is to find out why it has happened. A injury 4 years back (probably not that major as you could ignore that) is not very convincing as the primary cause. For burning at night, you can have methycobal 1500 mcg intramuscular injection.

If BCS is done, the entire nipple and areola area also needs to be removed. If invasive cancer is found, the lymph nodes under the arm will be checked for cancer.

Hi lybrate-user.
Kindly attach the photo of red bump around nose. If it is only due to inflammation, topical cream will be useful. Consult for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Pl. Test your vitamin c level. If it is deficient then you have to take vitamin c treatment under a physician's guidance. If vitamin c is adequate the must consult a dentist.

Blister is a response to your injury that the body generates. It's best to not rupture the blister unless it happens spontaneously. If you could share an image of it I will tell you the best possible thing to do.

Please consult online or directly. It looks like you have developed a blistering disease. Either an eczema or a bullous disease. Kindly share photographs of affected area and consult. The above 2 conditions are most likely possibility, which wouldn't settle with just antihistamine.
