Newer imaging techniques like fmri is much better for detecting psychiatric disorders but its very much expensive and currently used as a research tool and seldom as diagnostic tool.

I do not know if modafinil can induce psychosis either acute or chronic psychosis. We have not reached a stage yet to diagnose schizophrenia by a laboratory test. It still has to e made by clinical criteria only supported by history.

try to find out the cause and remove it e.g. Irregular imbalanced diet and sleep habits, any stressful and mentally disturbing worries and /or any addiction must be eliminated. Try regular light exercises.
Still if you insist some medications can be prescribed. But in my opinion if it is cluster headache or tension headache, you must consult and have a good counseling session with a physician.

Hello. You should meet a psychiatrist/mental health professional for detailed mental health assessment and if required a psychological assessment. You can be helped with the use of some medicines (anti-anxiety drugs) and/.or therapy sessions. Thanks.

You should ignore all non verbal requests & child will express verbally may not be very clear in begining but. This will improve with time. Communicate with him verbally in correct way wth patience. Leaving him amongst other kids is also very effective way to develope speech.

unfortunately there are no natural medications to remove spectacles permanently. you can either try contact lenses or plan for refractive lasik laser surgery

get ur vision examined first .. either it may be due to low vision or simple dryness..drink plenty of fluids
