1) usually once baby switches to top milk very difficult to bring back to breast feeding and that is why it is insisted to continue inspite of pain of stitches.
2) only way is trying to take baby to breast often and pray.

No need of any formula milk. Have good nutrition esp pro galactagogue foods n fruits. For the time being use sufficient (more than normal intake) jeera (cumin seeds) in food additionally by putting into roti, curd or straight with water etc. See milk coming to breast.
