you are only 18 and breast has much more time to increase in size, so avoid creams and all as they can result in long term damage to tender breast tissue. Males are obsessed with penis size and females with breast size especially as young adults, and after few years you will realise these things do not matter. periods will temporarily cause engorgement and increase the size a little bit. Use proper fitting bra, you can try sports bra which fit well. All the best.

It may be a gynaecomastia Please see a breast surgeon. They would examine you and if needed do an ultrasound. The most common cause of breast lump in a male is gynaecomastia. It is usually pubertal in young males and it regresses spontaneously.
