Hello,
Symptoms of cervical spondylosis are:
Neck stiffness/pain.
Headache
Pain in the shoulder or arms.
Inability to fully turn the head or bend the neck
Grinding noise or sensation when the neck is turned
follow advises given below
1.Avoid using computers continuously, take rest for 5 min after working for half an hour
2. In pain free interval do neck exercise (kindly learn exercise by registered Trainer)more

Causes of cervical erosion are hormonal imbalance, intake of oral contraceptive pill, pregnancy, cervical infection or surgical abortion.
If you have cervical erosion then first get your pap smear done. Good antibiotic course is given. If it does not heal by antibiotics then the erosion can be cauterized.

a person can ease the symptoms of cervical spondylosis with a few simple neck exercises.
1. Neck stretch
keep your body straight.
Push your chin forward in a way that stretches the throat.
Softly tense the neck muscles.
Hold this for 5 seconds.
Return your head to its center position.
Push your head back with the chin held high, and hold for 5 seconds.
Carry out 5 repetitions.
