Kindly make sure that your laptop/books/desktop monitor screen is always at the level of your eyes. Avoid excessive bending/looking up. Keep a neutral position of your neck

For pain relief, I advise you to do some gentle chin tuck exercise. Avoid nodding your head. Use a mirror so that you can correct yourself
Repeat this for 10 times/ day without excessive pressure or holding during the exercise
