I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
If the chalazion doesn't go away, you should seek help from an eye specialist. The chalazion may need to have the fluid drained through a small incision. You may also need an injection of steroids to reduce swelling and inflammation.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

Hi Lybrate user,
it is normal if you notice some swelling or bruising around eye after chalazion removal surgery.
And some discharge is also there.
You can use cold compress on eye to reduce swelling.
And avoid # rubbing eyes # touching eyes
# getting water in your eyes when showering # wearing eye makeup.
All these symptoms can be very well managed by appropriate homeopathy medicines.

Dear lybrate-user, a chalazion is a slowly developing lump that forms due to blockage and swelling of an oil gland in the eyelid. A chalazion is generally not an infection. Usually it drains out within some days. If not try the following procedure:
-apply warm compresses to the eyelid for 10 to 15 minutes 4 to 6 times a day for several days. The warm compresses may help soften the hardened oil that is blocking the ducts and allow drainage and healing. -you can also gently massage the externa...more
