No, there is a very low chance of pregnancy in this scenario. Sperm needs to enter the vagina and travel through the cervix into the uterus to fertilize an egg. If your penis did not enter the vagina and ejaculation occurred outside, the chances of sperm reaching the egg are significantly reduced. Additionally, washing with water can further decrease the likelihood of any viable sperm remaining.
