Question regarding my bradycardia i’m 20, I haven’t been diagnosed with any chronic disease nor took any medication regarding cardiovascular diseases or other chronic diseases, I used to be very active 2 years ago but since 2 years I haven’t been active, only a bit of walking, smoker, most of the time recently i’m under high stress and i’m not sleeping well, I did a liver function, wbc count wd, lipids and other blood components tests as well as urinalysis, but everything seems just fine, so i’m wondering if this bradycardia is normal or not, a year after I stopped doing physical activities my hr was 60-70. Im not moving frequently and my diet is not very good, I mostly eat from outside, half of the time it’s fast food, I don’t drink or consume any substances, I used to smoke a lot and consume large quantities of nicotine as much as a heavy smoker but I quit only 10 days ago, took 2 shots of pfizer vac yin 2020, heart rate 48-52, but goes up if I walk fast or climb stairs, or start walking suddenly, I take vitamins supplements, I don’t consume caffeine usually but I do now because of my phys and become finals, bet those were’t the best memories I hope this is just a medical student syndrome, and I can’t thank you enough if you’ve read through all of this.

Hyperkalemia can cause junctional rhythm and brady. Other causes are symptomatic rbbb, lbbb and/or bifascicular block.
In certain persons brady is normal and not a cause of concern.
Beta antagonists also lower heart rate. Hypothyroidism and congenital heart disease are other causes.
Cardiac evaluation, holter monitoring, serum electrolytes and drug history are required.

It can b due to posture. U should visit to the Physiotherapist and start treatment for next few days. Improve posture and continue strengthening exercise.

Shoulder pain & armIt is called as peri arthritis shoulder and for that you can do hot water fermentation and ice therapy at home. If you have shoulder pain then the stiffness will develop more that might make the arm to have less improvement which might make you to feel more pain the arm. And also cervical pillow can be used which might make you to have better posture of the shoulder neck and arm.

U need to do CT scan brain and para nasal sinus,,u may have sinusitis or migraine problem,,but cannot ignore any other pathology like any tumor in brain,,Soo u need to do CT scan,,by proper homoeopathic treatment it is curable

Consult with ortho doc for medicines, take her to physiotherapy clinic and ask for IFT+US therapy for 10 days, after reducing of pain will be suggested with strengthening exercises.

Hot compression twice a day with local diclofenac application will help reducing of pain. Maintaining proper posture is important.

Take electrotherapy for 2 weeks, in a first week through ift+us therapy or swd the pain will be reduced and then you will be suggested with lower nack strengthening exercises, also ask ofr kegel exercises to strengthen the pelvic muscles to solve incontinence problem.

Consult with urologist for medicines for bladder issue.

Yes keeping a pillow under the knees definitely helps you to to facilitate digestion and also to have comfort while sleeping especially when you have severe back pain. That gives you maximum comfort while sleeping. Hot water fermentation or heat pads will give you relaxation but while sleeping pillow is the best. Hi lybrate user ,The fluid in your joints comprises a gel substance and gas, including oxygen, nitrogen, and carbon dioxide. If you compress your joint and move close to the end of your range, there is often enough pressure to release this gas, resulting in a popping sound. Bones rubbing against each other will make a grinding sound.

If you had disc herniation 4 weeks back, by now your pain should be better and you should be doing back strengthening exercises. If not taken physiotherapy treatment then I would suggest to take proper therapy with Precaution and correct set of exercises. Pain radiating down the leg means nerve compression is there it should get better with the therapy ..only taking medicines will not help.
