Hello lybrate-user, I assume that as it is now more than a month, your operative wound has healed already. The skin over testes is some other problem unrelated to the operation. I will suggest you to keep the area clean and dry all the time. Loose cotton wear is ok. Also you can use neosporin powder or ointment.
