Due to sudden jerk she might got nerves compressed, need to go for act scan of cervical spine to ruke out any internal compression or injury of soft tissues or nerves.
Application of hot or ice pack will be helpfull to try at home for a day if no improvement then go for ct scan and follow back with reports for proper treatment.

gabapin can be taken upto a lot more dose than you're taking.
Please increase the dose if needed. If you feel any dizziness thats when you stop increasing the dose. Every body tolerates it differently
I usually start with 100 mg once and raise it to 450 mg thrice as and how the patient tolerates
baclofen or liofen can also be increased (added with daily stretching exercises) to decrease stiffness
remember- these tablets only help you deal with the sy...more
