Hi Sir, Please suggest cause and remedy for waxing and waning heaviness feeling in chest and head since 2011. Ecg normal, eltroxin 50 mcg tsh maintained, strict vegetarian, taken becosules and gemcal twice or thrice a week each, dyspepsia but under control, heaviness similar to feeling before a board exam but not due to cause like board exam, on the contrary it is felt directly, especially on waking up in morning and evening around 7 pm, with waning period between 12 noon till evening, thus the heaviness more in early morning and evening during twilight time felt like band like pulling sensation in head and heaviness in chest. My doubts are hormonal (relieved by passage of semen), psychosomatic/functional (aggravated but not caused by anxious situation), or migraine (feeling of band around head), or hypovitaminosis (strict vegetarian not on regular vitamin supplements like b12/folic acid)
