If enamel has problem it can not becomes ok now it has to b repaired send a picture of the teeth to understand it better than adv you accordingly.

Generally baby teeth must have gone till 12-13 years of age. If that teeth is living extra days. That may give misalignment of permanent teeth. Or sometimes permanent teeth are being missed in some cases.
If your teeth are not making any issue. You may ignore. Or find some time and ahre the pic of that region and text so can discuss it in detail.

Kindly visit a dentist nearby and get an x-ray done to understand. The problem within. The bone. It may need a root canal treatment and cap .if condition within. Is ok. You may have to get. Filling done only.
