Not much effective. You are suffering from hormonal changes causing Androgenetic alopecia causing hair fall. It's completely stoppable even regrowth of hair is possible with certain medications without any side effects. Treatment depends on the grade of hair loss. So, it's a must for diagnosing which grade, you are in for an effective treatment. Please send photos of your head, by direct online consultation for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.

Cupping therapy is fine, but, chiropractic is tricky. If a joint has muscle weakness, better avoid chiropractic.

Cupping therapy is a gimmick and does not relieve pain. It is waste of time and money. First we need to know about what kind of pain you are having. For that please try to consult and talk to me. Thanks.

I will suggest you to wash your hair daily with lux shampoo and apply hair oil daily and it's better to avoid cupping therapy which can burn your skin.
