Rest if the ild is uip pattern then it is not reversible and if it fibrotic nsip only the ggos which may have occurred now can be reversible. Rest is irreversible.

Nose bleed may be the aftereffects of cancer treatment. Nose bleeding can be managed. 1.please apply some ice pack for relief on nose bridge
2. Sit upright rather than lying down
3.lean forward and breathe through mouth
if bleeding is severe do check for any allergies. You may also have homeo medicine for some relief.
