some of the home remedies can be used for oral hygiene and those can manage gum problems and tooth problems to some extent
1. Rinse mouth with salty leukwarm water
2. You can use aloe vera juice as mouthwash. Keep aloe vera juice in mouth for 2-3minites then spit it.
3. Mix mustard oil 2-3 drops with salt and brush your teeth with that mixture.
If excess problem is there please do consult dentist.

Kindly consult an oral & maxillofacial surgeon in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations (full mouth x-ray, tmj open & closed mouth, mri) & clinical examination to decide upon treatment. Until then have soft diet. Avoid yawning.
