Brush your teeth with Oral-B UltraSoft Tooth Brush in circular motion without applying much pressure. Use Cleanodent mouth wash and brush twice a day. USE SNOWDENT TOOTH PASTE and take a small amount and apply it on the teeth and sleep. Get up in the morning and wash it. Brush with the same toothpaste. Thank you!
