Hello sir
first of all kindly get a full mouth x-ray done and discuss it with an oral and maxillofacial surgeon. Implant surgery is quick but it takes almost 4 to 5 months for it to integrate with the bone so that waiting period is present for all kinds of implant. There is no such classification of less painful or more painful implant. It is just the surgery discomfort that is well managed by medicines post surgery and you will feel almost normal after 7 days of the surgery.

Unfortunately when the last three teeth are gone from your mouth, implant is the only possibility to get fixed teeth done. There is another option that is slightly less expensive than implants, using precision attachments to partially fix your removable denture to your adjacent teeth after putting crowns on them.getting removable dentures is an option too, as you have mentioned. But fixed replacements show better patient acceptance in most cases

Dear Mr. Good wishes.
Sure you can go for an Implant Denture. You need to clarify your needs before implant.
1.Whether you need a Semi Fixed or a Fully Fixed lower Bridge?
2. If you have your OPG Dental X-ray it will be very useful to advise a treatment plan and cost.
3. Also we need, your medical records and blood investigations.

That depends upon the teeth that are remaining. If they are mobile, they will have to go. If they are firm and can be used for anchor or as in overdenture then they should be retained.
Cost is highly variable, that cannot be discussed without actually seeing the patient and even after that varies from dentist to dentist.
