Hi lybrate-user mam
don't worry about gestational diabetes, it is quite common. What kind of advice get from your gynaecologist. Do not take self medication. What is the your glucose level based on we can take both allopathy and siddha ayurvedha medication.
Or better allopathy medicine enough after delivery you can start only herbal medication. Kerala jamun juice helps for general debility only.

Choose high-fiber, slow-release carbs. Carbohydrates have a big impact on your blood sugar levels—more so than fats and proteins—so you need to be smart about what types of carbs you eat. Limit refined carbohydrates like white bread, pasta, and rice, as well as soda, candy, packaged meals, and snack foods.

Hba1c of 7.5 percent means that you are already diabetic. You will need to be started on medicines and you should continue with your diet. Vitamib b12 deficiency does not cause diabetes.

It is very likely to progress in diabetes in many patients despite good dietary control. You should exercise and still strict on healthy diabetic diet. May be you'll improve over time. Sitagliptin is a good drug to add. Thank you.
