There are chances of infection in cut wound in diabetes. It is recommended that you start taking antibiotics like tab clavum 625 mg twice daily for seven days. Injection tt once. Apply soframycin three times per day and keep dressing on it. As far as possible consult nearby general surgeon for further care.
