I have seen the details mentioned. Please understand that diabetic neuropathy is a long term complication of diabetes. Therefore, unless blood glucose are in strict control, just taking other medications will not give necessary benefits. You can try and cut down the dosage or can look at stopping one of the medications. However, if diabetes is not well controlled, then the severity can be bad. In your case, there is no mention of current glucose levels and hba1c% as well as lipid profile, bp. From what you describe your pain started after you lifted a heavy weight. If the pain is in the shoulder region it may be a tear in the ligament.
