as you said TCC already applied and got relived. That was the first step of medical Mgt of Charcot foot. As its a complex phenomenon and is due to underlying neuropathy as well as osteoarhropathy. One should be careful while treating it. Please do have your Xray followed by MRI. Management is based on medical as well as surgical one. But again you need to be evaluated at the center for clinical examination. Feel free to call me. Regards.

I am a diabetic type 2 and HTN for the last for the last for the last 40 years and I have been diagnosed with carcinoma oral in the year 2011 and had gone under surgery twice and chemotherapy and radiation no abnormal uptake till now and suffering from enlarged prostate problem and phyciatiatic OCD and bipolar disorder for the last for the last for the last 35 years and I have been diagnosed with diabetic neuropathy and can't stand for a long time walking difficulty can't climb staircase or come down and suffering from insomnia forgetfulness anger panicked easily frustrated worthless feeling depression suicidal tendency previously I used to smoking for the last for the last 50 year and during surgery all my teeth have been removed I am unable to chew properly the food so I am taking Roti and daal sabzi all mashed with curd in the lunch. I request to consider and suggest accordingly the course of action I should take now. Thanks Sir. I want free consultation. Have got Glaucoma also.

To be specific, it needs nerve conduction studies to detect type of neuropthy ie sensory, motor or mixed; which nerve involved and extent of involvement.

It looks like you are anaemic. And also you have to check with your vitamin and calcium, if the bones are weak then automatically the pain gets triggered more as there is less energy during any metabolic activity.

Untill the compressed nerve is not removed there will be pain.
Do stretching exercises, hot compression twice a day, take electrotherapy for 2 weeks the pain will be removeved completely.

My mri ls - spine findings: l5-s1 central, left paracentral disc protrusion indenting thecal sac with severe neural canal stenosis, lateral recess narrowing on both sides, moderate neural foramina narrowing on both sides and moderate compression of bilateral traversing and exiting nerve roots. (need only non surgical conservative treatment) my present symptoms: 1) I am having severe pain in left leg from buttocks to leg while I stand up after sitting in any position. 2) pain in my deep buttocks muscle is high during getting up from any sitting position. 3) if I cough or sneeze, I am having sciatica kind of pain 4) after sleeping when I wake up, I am having muscle cramp in my left leg. 5) now I took mri ls spine (report I sent you below) what issues I don’t have 1) all the above issue only happens when I get up after sitting in any position. I don’t have issue while walking or standing. After waking up, if I start walking my cramp and other pain gets reduced.
