Hi jaydeep , can I know what is the blood sugar of your cousin ? does he have diabetes ? If so he needs to be treated for both. He has high TGL which is bad for heart as you rightly said. Considering his weight he needs treatment inform of both weight reduction and some tablets for Lipid control. If ok you can consult me in private .
