Eyes are exceptionally designed by god and if you have no symptoms, you will not need any drops! at ages of 3, and 40 everyone needs a professional consultation. Any problem in sight, fatigue, redness, photophobia etc, you need to consult. Do not self medicate at any time!

I don't think that much harm will come if some dettol laden water fell into your eyes. Wash your eyes thoroughly with cold water. If there is any redness you can put mild steroid drop like fluromethalone. Two or three times for a few days and stop. Do not continue it for long. If only itching. I think it will disappear after some time.

Light sensitivity or intolerance to bright light is a common condition today, and is known as ‘Photophobia’ in medical terminology.
