Do not worry about what is coming, let me know why you are doing kegel exercises? There are few exercises to be done under expert supervision only.
All that shows on the internet must not do on ones own risk, anyways
consult in private for details about what you are suffering with and why you want to do kegel exercises.

Normal childbirth is often viewed as a dangerous and agonizingly uncomfortable process. This is due to a misunderstanding of non-drug delivery. Unmedicated childbirth not only avoids major surgery, but it also has a short period that helps infants get beneficial bacteria as it moves through the canal.
Preparing for labor and delivery is like training for a marathon. To have a happy birth experience and recover quickly, you need to be physically and mentally prepared.

Do kegel exercises-- firstly, find the pelvic floor muscles. You can achieve this by stopping mid-stream two or three times the next time you urinate. The muscles you can feel working during this process are the pelvic floor muscles, and they will be the focus of kegel exercises.
One kegel exercise consists of tightening and holding these muscles for 5 seconds and then releasing them. Try to do between 10 and 20 repetitions each day. This may not be possible when you first start doing the ex...more
