Injecting a dilute solution (4%) of ethyl alcohol for chemical neurolysis is a good alternative to other conservative treatments (such as cortisone injections) and surgical options for foot neuromas. There are very few reported complications with this technique and the success rate is relatively high.

With physiotherapy, particularly exercises, you can strengthen the back muscles. That will help in reducing the load to l5-s1 region, which will have some effect in reducing the lower back pain. But the disease will remain as it is a mechanical problem which will not be reduced with medicines or exercises.

Treatment of lordosis depends on how serious the curve is and how you got lordosis. There’s little medical concern if your lower back curve reverses itself when you bend forward. You can probably manage your condition with physical therapy and daily exercises, braces, nutritional supplements such as vitamin D and in severe cases with neurological problem surgery is the treatment of choice.
