Cancer staging needs to do first. Different treatments / approaches are available for different stages. Psa will stop increasing only if we are able to treat the cancer or stop the cancer growth. Zoledronic acid & bicalutamide have limited role. Pet scans. Other reports & most imp patient s clinical condition will decide further treatment.

Hello-
severe prostatitis can cause erectile dysfunction directly. In milder forms, the condition can produce painful ejaculation, which can certainly interfere with sexual pleasure and may lead to erectile dysfunction. Unfortunately this kind of ed needs much more than prostate treatment for recovery. Better consult a qualified ayurveda doctor for help.

As you r minimally symptomatic, I would like to know your uroflowmetry report and if you have any issue in flow of urine, flodart plus is not going to make your prostate vanish, it is only going to make your flow better, so if your flow is normal, and if you r minimally symptomatic with not much bother, you can avail watchful waiting as a treatment option with urotherapy, and use flodart once your symptoms start to appear, thanks.
