Usually only those with previous deliveries get cystocoele which may lead to residual urine and infection and they if require vaginal surgery it is considered medical procedure.
But if it is not cystocoele you may not need any procedure. Consult gynecologist.

Hello, if she is menstruating then she would have a vagina as well, unless mri shows a mullerian anomaly. Please share the mri pelvis report.
