It indicates you are having hypothyroidism, so all these symptoms which you are experiencing is a part of that thyroid issue only. Dear lybrate-user, firstly just relax. You have high blood pressure which may be the only reason for your vertigo and headache, so that you should consult a general physician sooner the better. You also need a thorough vestibular (balance) assessment for vertigo. To my mind you are trying to explain that there is fullness in your head and it could be due to balance organ or head itself (central nervous system. Please therefore my advise is to also consult a ent specialist as soon as possible.
