Dear lybrate-user, thanks for reaching out since pus and blood is coming out of the wound I will suggest that you consult your operating surgeon immediately or at the earliest. The wound will not heal and even if it does different complications can occur and you may have to do a repeat surgery.
This is seroius reason to worry and needs immediate attention. Immediately call your doctor and say all the things occurring. They will have to drain the pus.

Apne pita ji ka blood sugar check karwaiye aur blood sugar control kijiye, sugar agar badha hua hai to ghav bharta nahi hai. Aur ghav ki regular dressing karwaiye.

After swimming in the pool clean and dry the area and apply t-bact ointment -3 times daily until healing is complete--keep the area clean and dry--if the wound is not fully healing in 1 more week --please check your hba1c and fbs--ok.

No need to worry. Keep your hand clean and apply dressing alternative days and if its deep have a 3 day antibiotic course.

In my opinion you'll need proper assessment of wound along with debridement/dressing as needed. Kindly consult a surgeon in person if not so then consult online with wound photos and all reports with previous treatment history. It should get better soon.
