Hello, sp2 lenses are pinkish-orangish tinted powered lenses. These are prescribed to high myopes for outdoor use. Use of sp2 glasses provide relief from strain to the user by changing the color of the sky from blue to a soothing pinkish color. This is just like using a color filter in photography. Firstly I would suggest following the 20-20-20 rule
"take a break every 20 min - look at an object 20 feet away - for 20 sec"
if you wear spectacles, use the ones with blue light filter.
Finally, use eyedrops with carboxymethyl cellulose 0.5% with soc (preservative free ). One drop in both eyes 4-6 times a day.
I suggest you undergo dry eye evaluation if symptoms persist.
(you can opt for a private consultation for a prescription).
