Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and Take tablet Pan-D before breakfast on empty stomach for three months and always to take a gap of a week before starting it again only if necessary and I will suggest you to take injection vitcofol 2cc intramuscularly every alternate days for five pricks over the buttocks through a health professional

You need to take medicines for at least a month before getting the desired result. Helico bacter pylori test is another one you need to do. If positive then to add the medicines accordingly. Upper GI endoscopy is also to be repeated on follow up .also spices, smoke and spirit need to be avoided strictly.
