It might be due to gastric trouble. Kindly do breathing exercises which might help you to get reduced with pain in the ribs. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having pain in the ribs and in elbow which may not be due to pathological problem.

If you are suffering with tennis elbow, ot is suggested to wear epbow band for support as this will help in maintaining thr joint and muscles stable which helps in regulating pain from increasing.
Do not put pressure on the effected hand and take TENS therapy for 2 weeks, apply ice or hot pack twice a day.
