I cannot understand your question properly but from what I understand is that you might be doing something like sit ups holding your breath. It's simply because your brain cannot survive without oxygen so it shuts down for sometime and you feel fainting. Extending your arms simultaneously increases this by narrowing and compressing the blood vessels going towards the brain. Many people after seeing blood vented not even children but even strong looking adult too.
During minor wounds dressing many attender fainted.
Some basic investigation can be done to cbc
regular exercise
avoid dehydration
avoid dieting
take balanced diet
if not releaved then consult psychologist.
