in some facilities, the reference lipase range for adults under age 60 is 10–140 U/L. For adults over 60, the normal range is 24–151 U/L. If a person's lipase levels are very high, often 3–10 times the reference value, this can indicate acute pancreatitis.

I am suffering from cannabis induced psychosis from 8 years. See I am really stressed and depressed in my life. I hear voices which bully me, I see people talking about me and all things. I am educated about symptoms but not getting a treatment. Please I need treatment. Will anyone help. Escitalopram, venlafaxine, fluoxetine, paroxetine, sertraline, oleanz plus, lurasid. All done on me. I gave every medicine enough time. I mean to every medicine a year. And every single medicine I mentioned gave me panic attacks, heavy eyes, heavy head. Please understand me I blindly followed every psychiatrist I visited but what will I do when the medicine gives me relaxation for 1 week, than headache starts, after that heavy head and sometimes panic attack. After that my doctor says its due to anxiety, I still take it, than a worst panic attack comes. Than I take etizolam, than paroxetine starts than the same thing repeats after sometime. From last 5 years, I am in a circle of my health. Crying.

I think this condition is ok now. For pregnancy you should plan ayurvedic based treatment for healthy, intellectual and beautiful child after your cycles are ok. This will be a series of treatment plans. Once you conceive there is masanumas chikitsa, very wondeful. May talk or meet some vaidya there.

There specific methods to deal with conversion disorder. The role of family is very important. I hope the psychiatrist has explained how you people need to respond. The medicines will reduce the emotional component associated with the disorder. Finally it is addressing the conflicts and resolving the same. The child rather than speaking with clinical psychologist needs to be assessed by projective tests to find the areas of conflict and address the same. Good luck.

Bilirubin is the waste product of hemoglobin (a component of your blood cells) increase in bilirubin could be because of breakdown of blood cells or breakdown of muscles (myoglobin) or any other heme containing proteins in the body. It could also be elevated in liver disease. Since your history is indicating muscle breakdown due to heavy exercise it could be likely due to that. For ruling out other causes I would like to see your reports and obtain a history to differentiate it from other condit...more
