Hello-
severe prostatitis can cause erectile dysfunction directly. In milder forms, the condition can produce painful ejaculation, which can certainly interfere with sexual pleasure and may lead to erectile dysfunction. Unfortunately this kind of ed needs much more than prostate treatment for recovery. Better consult a qualified ayurveda doctor for help.

As you r minimally symptomatic, I would like to know your uroflowmetry report and if you have any issue in flow of urine, flodart plus is not going to make your prostate vanish, it is only going to make your flow better, so if your flow is normal, and if you r minimally symptomatic with not much bother, you can avail watchful waiting as a treatment option with urotherapy, and use flodart once your symptoms start to appear, thanks.

No itâs bph. Which is age related. Nothing to worry. But you have not mentioned symptoms. Moreover bph is not the cause of back pain. They are both different issues. Homeopathy is a very effective for this problem n has very encouraging results. And homeopathic medicines are safe and do not have any side effects at all.
