First of all you need to change your eating habits and life style. Do not eat spicy, fried, fatty, high protein and junk foods. Avoid eating anything atleast two hours before you sleep. Splenomagaly can happen because of chronic disease. Most common cause is liver problem due to cirrhosis. Tuberculosis can give splenomegaly.
