Hello. Some measures you can take at home while working are - 1. Blinking frequently, taking 5 mins rest with your eyes closed every 20 mins of continuous work. 2. You can apply ice packs over closed eyelids for symptomatic relief. 3. Prefer ac over fans if possible. 4. Use side shielded googles while going out specially while driving 2 wheeler. 5. Hello. Burning eyes can be due to either less tear production or increased tear evaporation. One needs to identify the type before starting treatment. Meanwhile, avoid going outside during the day wear plain googles (side shielded preferable)
