Hi lybrate-user, doxylin (doxycycline) is an antibiotic and decortin (prednisolone) is a steroid. You can use both together. Better you take an antacid along with it. I hope you are on some nasal drops also which will help to improve your ear infection.

Don't worry lybrate-user. Tinnitus are humming sounds heard in your ear. It can be either a temporary thing or long lasting. As yours have just started we do have measure to treat it. Would like to know in details for that you may have to get a consultation.

You have otitis externa and the mild injury caused by Q tips get infected . Most people don't use Q-tips properly and wind up putting them inside their ears to feel "clean." ... Not only is ear wax good for you, but putting a Q-Tip anywhere except for the outermost parts of your ear can be a big detriment to your health

I would recommend you to get her complete eye examination as well as ent examination.
As there are various causes that could lead to eye pain.
Get her vision checked and ocular iop as well.
Migraine also has to be ruled out

If any wax impacted, it will improve the pain.

Triphala eye drops are mainly to soothe the eye.
You have pseudoexfoliation glaucoma and using latanoprost.
It's better that you keep a gap of atleast 20-30 mins between these two drops if there is an overlap because triphala eye drops can reduce the efficiency of latanoprost in reducing your eye pressure.

it might be because of a severe ear infection, the pain in the ear radiates to the jaw and mouth and also if the pain and infection is severe there might be swelling of lymph nodes also. So it should be properly evaluated. To exclude other causes. You might be needing anti inflammatory medicines and basic antibiotics, for which you can take a consult. As a home remedy you can take warm compresses on the affected side.
