The surgical procedure to correct the appearance of eyelids is called blepharoplasty. The correction is done by removing extra skin, fat and muscle that makes the eyelids droop.

Uses-

Eyelids start drooping when the muscles supporting your eyelids weaken as you grow older. Excess fat accumulates below and above your eyelids as a result, which leads to eye bags and droopy eyelids.

Besides making you look older than your age, droopy eyelids can also affect your vision. B...more

I think you underwent decompression for thyroid exophthalmos, if you vision is equally good in both eyes there is no need to worry.
Some apparent squint will be resolved with time as limitation of movement is over with resolution of orbital oedema.
Donot worry much and keep in touch with your operating surgeon.
How long it had been since you got the operation.
I think you should Waite for 6 month before planning reoperation.

Hello. First of all, -4.5 dioptre of refractory error (glasses) do not result from excessive computer work. It is just simple myopia. Yes you can go for lasik or other more advanced similar laser procedures. No need to worry. After surgery eye sight will not be affected due to your longer screen time of 10-12 hours. But you will have some dry eye problem after lasik, so you will have to take more care due to your job profile. Certain drops post surgery along with certain eye exercises, intermitt...more

Regarding how long you will have to take the medications- you will need to speak with the Dr. who prescribed them since he would have examined and prescribed accordingly.
And just for 2 days there won't be any effects on your lasik surgery outcome do continue your lasik medications as advised. Do make sure you have informed your own lasik surgeon also about these medications.
