Hello Mayank, PRP consists of growth and healing factors required for improvement for scars which is extracted from your own blood. So this is always better then doing only CO2 laser. Getting treatment done in combination will provide better results.

Hello Dr. I have ice pick scars and boxcar scars on my face like nose, cheeks, chin, and forehead and my skin is very sensitive, I am afraid of using creams and laser treatments. So instead of taking laser, fractional/fraxel laser, fractional co2, TCA chemical peeling, IPL treatment can I go for microneedling/dermapen or can I use dermaroller for ice pick scars and boxcar scars? Will needling and dermaroller helps in preventing scars? Will scars do completely disappear and do they produce new collagen and improve skin texture? And if I go with needling/derma roller what kind of cream do I need to apply after I use roller or needling? Will they have any side effects? If you advice me to go with needling/derma roller, suggest me best dermaroller? And please help me and suggest the best treatment process. Thank you.

Hello, There are various treatments for acne scars which include creams, chemical peels, microdermaabrasion, microneedling, radiofrequency, surgery, fat fill, laser etc. TCA peels do help with ice pick scars, CO2 laser though is a good option it cannot be used in all skin type due to risk of hyperpigmentation. The redness following the laser may last upto 3 months and usually subside. Microneedling Radiofrequency therapy is a good option for collagen induction. Only microneedling gives moderate ...more

Using hair removal cream on your private parts is a normal thing. You might have used a more aggressive cream. Try to use a skin sensitive cream which is especially made for the sensitive skins. Uh, from your question it looks like you might have some sensitive skin and that has caused some allergic reaction in your private parts. But do not worry, with some medications and proper care it will go away within a week.

Laser hair removal is amazing, it uses no gels so it does not leave any chemical or sticky residues, and unlike other methods, cannot get into your bloodstream or lymph nodes, so it can be used for other sensitive areas such as the male genital area, underarms, ears or nose.

Best solution is correct if pcos is in the offing. Girls of your age are exponentially being affected by pcos. Causes wrong food habits, wrong living conditions or lifestyle. Dear Ms. lybrate-user
waxing / shaving not only affects the hair but also the hair follicles. Those bumps are injuries due to pulling out of hair and there is a subcutaneous muscle that erects the hair during goosebumps. So, this is a temporary phenomenon and usually subsides it naturally. You should be careful about the wax and also sterilize the razor before shaving.
Applying virgin coconut oil will help you as well.
