First have fruits, keep gap of 15-20 mins then have low fat milk. Have one citrus fruit like orange, mausambi etc. And any other 2 types of fruits of your choice.

One should always consume seasonal fruits. Seasonal fruits has its natural content in it. Avoid preserve fruits and vegetables. Juicy fruits are good during the day. It's fine to have juices after a strenuous activity or if energy levels are low.
Although it's always better to have a whole fruit or vegetable on a daily basis because it retains most of the fiber.

Both are equally good. Dry fruit contains protein, iron, fresh fruit contains vitamins, minerals. Fresh fruit is comparatively cheap and has all good nutritional value.
