Hello there are certain gall stone dissolving drugs but not very effective.
Plus the basic issue is a diseased gallblader which forms stones.
So it needs to be removed.
So best is to go for a laparoscopic cholecystectomy and consult a good laparoscopic surgeon.

There is no way to expel gall bladder stones (unlike case of kidney stones). So gall stones if they r not creating problem, you can wait. But do follow annual checkups. U can take homeopathy to manage symptoms. But if they r causing problem, its better to remove them.
